Terms of Sale and Use
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of FrameCraft, sold by SC NEVERBOTS SRL (“we”, “us”). By buying or using FrameCraft you agree to them.
What you are buying
FrameCraft is a video editor that runs on your own computer. You pay once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price at checkout is in US dollars and is the full amount payable.
SC NEVERBOTS SRL is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and invoices are issued without it.
Your licence
You receive a licence key that activates FrameCraft on one computer at a time. You can move it to a different computer whenever you like by deactivating the old one first. You may use it for personal or commercial work, including client work and videos you monetise.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key;
- redistribute the software or the container images;
- attempt to remove or circumvent the licensing mechanism.
If you need to move to a different computer, deactivate the old one from your licence page.
Delivery
Your licence key is shown on screen and emailed to you within seconds of a successful payment. You then install the software yourself using the command shown on the install page. Delivery is complete when the key is issued.
What you need to run it
FrameCraft needs Docker Desktop and roughly 10 GB of free disk space: about 4 GB for the editor and 1.5 GB for the speech to text model, which downloads once on first use.
Which features need your own API key
Subtitles do not. Speech to text runs on your own computer, at no cost, with no account and no usage limit.
These features use an OpenRouter key that you create yourself:
- B-roll suggestions and the keywords behind them
- AI keyword and sticker suggestions
- Emoji placement on subtitles
- Music suggestions based on what was said
- AI voices, and cloud transcription if you choose it over the local model
Stock footage uses a free Pexels key and music a free Freesound key.
Those accounts are yours, not ours. You pay each provider directly for what you use, their terms apply, and we have no visibility of your usage or your balance. OpenRouter usage is small in practice: a typical run costs in the order of $0.01. We cannot guarantee that figure, because their prices and your usage are outside our control.
Your files stay yours
FrameCraft runs entirely on your machine. Your videos, audio and projects are never uploaded to us and we cannot access them. Where you use an AI feature, only the material needed for that request is sent directly from your computer to the provider whose key you supplied.
Updates
Updates released for your version are included at no extra cost and are installed by you, when you choose, using the update shortcut. We do not push changes to your machine automatically. We do not promise any particular future feature or an indefinite update period.
Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable once your key has been issued, because the software is delivered immediately and you consent to that at checkout. The full explanation is in the Refund Policy.
Suspension
We may revoke a licence where a payment is reversed or charged back, or where the licence is shared, resold or used to circumvent these terms.
Warranty and liability
FrameCraft is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Keep your own backups of your source footage and exported files. We are not liable for lost work, lost footage or lost time.
Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement. Questions: [email protected].
