Refund Policy

FrameCraft is a one-time purchase of digital software that is delivered to you immediately. Because of that, purchases are non-refundable once your licence key has been issued.

Why there is no cooling-off period

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately, where the buyer has given express consent to that immediate supply and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost as a result.

At checkout you must tick a box confirming exactly this before payment can be taken. Your licence key is generated and emailed within seconds of payment, so delivery is complete straight away and the exception applies.

What we do instead

We would rather fix a problem than keep money for something that does not work. If FrameCraft will not install, will not activate, or a feature is broken, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you until it runs. There is no time limit on that.

If we cannot make the software work on a supported system, we will refund you. That is at our discretion and it is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.

Before you buy

FrameCraft runs on your own computer and needs Docker Desktop, roughly 10 GB of free disk space, and your own free API keys for the AI features. Please make sure your machine meets that. Buying software your computer cannot run is not grounds for a refund, so check first and ask us if you are unsure.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback, your licence is revoked automatically and any activated device is deactivated. If you believe something went wrong with your purchase, email us first: we answer, and it is faster than a bank dispute.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Romanian or EU consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement, including rights relating to software that is faulty or not as described.
